The M4 Sherman E8 (Easy 8) was a U.S. medium tank. The Easy 8 was the primary battle used by the United Statesand the other Western Allies in World War II, and proved to be a reliable and highly mobile workhorse. The M4 Sherman has been used in over a dozen wars and proved to play a fundamental role in the Allied victory.
